ExSign – License Threshold Configuration

ExSign introduces a License Threshold feature that helps administrators proactively monitor license consumption and avoid service disruption.
When enabled, this feature allows administrators to:
  • Receive alerts when license usage reaches defined thresholds.
  • Ensure timely action before license exhaustion.
  • Monitor usage across Organization Units (OU), Entities, and License Quotas.
To Configure License Threshold Alerts, log in to ExSign >> System >> Active License.
Here, Administrators can configure alerts to be triggered at the following usage levels:
  • 70% License Usage
  • 80% License Usage
  • 90% License Usage
  • 95% License Usage

These alerts help in taking preventive action before reaching full license capacity.
Alert Notifications
1. Warning Email Notification
  • A warning email is sent when the configured threshold is reached.
  • The alert is based on the settings defined in the Activate Licensing screen.
  • Threshold monitoring applies to:
    • Organization Units (OU)
    • Entities
    • License Quotas

2. License Violation Notification
  • A second email notification is triggered when:
    • Email stamping is skipped due to license or quota violation.
  • This email is sent each time such an event occurs.
