Resolving ExSign Build Version Discrepancy Across Multiple Exchange Servers

Overview
This article addresses the issue where multiple Microsoft Exchange servers integrated with the ExSign portal display discrepancies in build version information. 
 
The steps outlined below will help synchronize and ensure uniform build date and version details across all servers.

Before You Begin
  • Ensure ExSign is installed and configured on all Exchange servers.
  • Ensure administrative access to the server where ExSign is installed.
  • Ensure all Exchange servers are properly connected to the ExSign portal.
Resolution
Follow the steps below to synchronize the version date across all servers:

Step1: Run ExSign as Administrator
  1. Log in to the Exchange server. 
  2. Locate the ExSign application. 
  3. Right-click and select Run as Administrator
Step 2: Save Configuration
  1. Once ExSign is opened, click on the Save button. 
 

Result
After performing the above steps, all Exchange servers in the ExSign portal will reflect the same version.
