How to Set Priorities in Rules for ExSign

This article explains how to assign priority to rules in the ExSign Portal. Prioritizing rules ensures that specific organizational signature rules are applied in the correct order based on relevance and scope.

Steps to Set Rule Priorities in ExSign
  1. Log in to the ExSign Portal.
  2. Navigate to:
     Rules > Manage Rules > Filters
  3. Apply a Filter for a Specific Organization:
    • Use the available filter options to select the organization whose rules need prioritization.
    • This step ensures you're managing the correct rule set for the targeted organization.


  1. Filter by Type:
    • Locate the “Filter by Type” dropdown.
    • Choose “Signature” as the filter type.
       This ensures you're working specifically with signature rules.


  1. Set Rule Priorities:
    • Once filters are applied, the rules list will refresh.
    • You can now assign priority to rules using the available UI controls.
