Configuring Local Image Settings in ExSign

ExSign Email Signatures for Microsoft Exchange Server

Overview:

This guide explains how to configure local image settings in ExSign, allowing you to upload images used in signatures and banners to a custom location.

Steps to Configure Local Image Settings:
  1. Locate the Configuration File:
  • Navigate to the following directory:
     C:\Program Files\ExSign Portal\Portal\appsettings.json
  • Open the file appsettings.json in a text editor.
  1. Edit the Image Settings:
     The default values are:
 
 
3. To customize the settings, replace the default values with your desired paths:
      • WebAccessUrl: Change this to the URL where the images will be accessed.
      • ImagesLocation: Change this to the directory where your images are stored locally.

  1. Save and Apply Changes:
    • After editing the appsettings.json file, save your changes.

Note: Ensure the new image locations are accessible by the ExSign service to avoid broken image links in your signatures and banners.
