Unable to login into HC control panel

HC Control Panel > General Topics
If you are experiencing login issues with the HC Control Panel, please ensure that the following services and operations are functioning correctly:

  1. HC Provisioning Services: Verify that these services are running.
  2. HC APIAppPool and HCPortalAppPool: Confirm that these application pools are in the Started state.
  3. HC API Site Accessibility: Ensure that HC API Site is accessible from within the HC server.
  4. SQL Express Services: Check that the SQL Express services are running.
5. Make sure Config.exe at this path C:\Program Files\Hosting Controller is properly saving the HC Database information:
