How Group Licensing works in HC10 Control Panel

Group Licensing streamlines the process of activating multiple provisioning servers using a single license key. This feature is particularly beneficial for customers managing more than one server through the HC10 control panel.

To activate servers with Group Licensing, you are required to follow the steps mentioned below:
  • Log in to your HC10 control panel.
  • Navigate to the Configuration icon located in the top right corner of the panel interface.
  • Within the Configuration settings, locate and click on the "Activate License" button under the Server Manager section.
  • Select the Servers you wish to activate and then enter the license key.
  • Provide other necessary details (i.e. Name, Email, Phone, Address).
  • Click the "Save" button to activate Group Licensing.

Note: It's crucial to ensure that the HC10 control server has internet connectivity to successfully communicate with our Activation Server for License Upgrade or Activation processes. Verify internet connectivity before initiating the activation.
