How to Upgrade License Capacity and Annual Renewal in HC10 Control Panel

After acquiring additional resources or renewing your Annual contract under your existing license, it's essential to upgrade the license within the HC panel to fetch the newly obtained capacity or new renewal period. Below are the steps to facilitate this upgrade:
  • Access the HC10 control panel using your Global Admin credentials.
  • Click on the Configuration icon in the panel interface's top right corner.
  • Within the Configuration settings, locate and click the "Activate License" button under the Server Manager section.
  • Identify and select the server associated with the newly acquired resources. Proceed by clicking on the "Upgrade" link.
  • Verify the upgrade details and confirm the upgrade process. This action automatically updates the licensing capacity or new Renewal period within the HC10 control panel.

Note: It's crucial to ensure that the HC10 control server has internet connectivity to successfully communicate with our Activation Server for License Upgrade or Activation processes. Verify internet connectivity before initiating the upgrade.
