HC Enterprise Modules (HEMs) > HC Exchange Module

Exchange connectivity in the Hosting Controller Panel returns the following error:

The WinRM service cannot process the request because the request needs to be sent to a different machine.Use the redirect information to send the request to a new machine.

1: Access the Exchange machine.

2: Open IIS Manager by using Start > Run > and type inetmgr.

3: Select Default Website > PowerShell virtual directory and enable Basic Authentication on it.
