Error occurred while getting SharePoint locales

HC Enterprise Modules (HEMs) > HC SharePoint Module
When creating a new SharePoint Organization in HC panel throws the following error "Error occurred while getting SharePoint locales" as per below screenshot:


There are a few steps that needs to be performed in order to resolve the above issue:
  1.  Make sure HC control Server and SharePoint Server have the same HC build
  2. Run HC provisioning service under the Domain Administrator
  3. After changing the Log-on properties of HC provisioning service in the above step, restart HC provisioning service on the SharePoint Server.
