Does AD Connect Sync tool deletes AD Objects from the Cloud DC?

Problem: Will AD Connect Sync tool delete the AD object from on-premises and from Cloud AD as well, please clarify?

Reason: HC Sync tool will not delete any object (User/Group/contact) by itself unless or until it is removed by someone from the On-premises DC.

Resolution: If someone deletes an object from On-premises DC which is mapped with cloud DC then AD Connect Sync tool will also remove the object from the Cloud DC [This option can be enabled/disabled in AD Connect Sync tool setting under the Cloud AD Settings tab]. 
 


Note: If you do not want the user delete operation to be synced on the Cloud DC, then disable the Delete Object option under Cloud AD Settings.
