Problem: Under the Diagnose tab, failure status is shown for an object, and Syncing is shown as Disabled on diagnosing the AD user as shown in the below screenshot:
Reason: If a user is corrupted somehow then such an error shows under the diagnose tab and it can be remapped to resolve the issue.
Resolution: Follow the steps below to fix this problem for a specific user:
- Clear the value of the “DesktopProfile” attribute of the concerned user on both Local/Client AD and Target/Cloud AD.
- Remove Mapping of Client AD User from "Licensing" Tab in AD Connect Sync tool.
- Now remap the concerned user from the AD Connect Sync tool and confirm.
