Questions: How to add Knowledgebase Articles in HC MarketPlace?
Answer: In HC MarketPlace, Knowledgebase Articles can be added by following the steps below:
- Login as an Admin in HC MarketPlace.
- Click on Help icon
- Move your mouse to Knowledge Base and then click on Categories to add categories for KB articles:
- Click on “+ Add Category” to add multiple categories one by one:
- Again click on Help icon and Move your mouse to Knowledge Base and then click on KB Articles to view the list of KB Articles:
- Click on “+ New Article” to add new KB articles:
- When customer login through their interface they can see the list of KB Articles as shown below:
- Click on ‘View’ button to see the details of KB Article.
