Error occurred while creating registrar contact

Question: Why getting error "Error occurred while creating registrar contact." while registering the registrar contact in HC MarketPlace?

Answer:  Currently there are 3 main domain registrars which are supported with HC MarketPlace named as ENOM, GANDI and ZA Registry. You can also add contacts for these domain registrars through HC MarketPlace interface.

While adding the contacts, you have to make sure that you are filling the form with proper required information especially following the syntax.

If any given value is not in proper syntax  e.g. Telephone no. then HC MarketPlace will return the error "Error occurred while creating registrar contact.".

The Telephone no, should be in such correct format (+CountryCode.CityCodeNumber e.g. +92.0123456789).
