Answer:
To provision VPS on Microsoft Azure platform, please perform the following steps:
  1. Download the Microsoft Azure PowerShell utility “azure-powershell.2.0.1.msi” from this link http://downloads.hostingcontroller.com/misc/utilities/csp/azure-powershell.2.0.1.msi and install it over the HC control server (HC portal server).
     
  2. Reboot the server after the installation of Azure PowerShell utility as it is essential to load the required Azure PowerShell libraries.
     
  3. Create a Network Resource Group and a Virtual-Network in the Azure portal as these are required by HC at the time of Azure configuration in the control-panel.
