Error while adding Response Queue in Skype for Business

Error: Error occurred while adding Response Queue.
 
Solution: Ensure the following if the above error is encountered:
 
  1. If a Response Queue with the same name was just deleted, please wait for a few minutes until the clean-up is complete.
  2. If your Timeout or Overflow Action directs to a queue, make sure the set of Agent Groups for this queue do not end up in a recursive loop.
  3. If your Timeout or Overflow Action directs to a queue, make sure the set of users for selected groups for this queue do not end up in a recursive loop.
