How to Configure Anti Spam Control in Hosting Controller

Hosting Controller supports SpamExperts as its Anti-Spam solution. SpamExperts is an efficient Email filtering agent against spam, viruses, and malware.

Steps to configure SpamExperts in Hosting Controller Panel 

  1. Login as Host (hcadmin).

  2. Navigate to the path Cluster Configuration :: Manage Servers :: Cluster Settings :: Mail Server tab and enable Anti-Spam by checking the SpamExperts check box.

  3. Navigate to path Billing System :: Funds Manager :: Configure Anti Spam and enable Anti-Spam check box. Screenshot

  4. Now at Billing System :: Funds Manager :: Configure Anti Spam enable the SpamExperts check box and click Activate Anti-Spam button.

  5. Insert SpamExperts Configuration according to below table. Screenshot

Required Fields:

API URL

Provide a valid API URL such as https://demo1.spambrand.com/api

User Name

Provide SpamExperts Reseller name

Password

Provide SpamExperts Reseller password

Confirm Password

Confirm password

DNS Record Settings

6. To modify SpamExpert product price in HC Panel go to Billing System :: Funds Manager :: Configure Anti Spam ::Manage Price Click on Edit option to modify the default prices



    7.  Sell sufficient funds to the Reseller for enabling Anti Spam on Mail Domains
  Go to Billing System :: Funds Manager :: Add Funds





   8.  Now Login in HC Panel as Reseller or Tenant-Admin and go to
Hosting Services :: Manage Exchange :: Anti-Spam :: Add button to enable Anti Spam

  The Reseller may use his own SpamExperts settings by following the aforementioned steps at Reseller level or may adopt the hosts SpamExperts configuration settings.
