Question: I have made payment for SSUP but in HC panel, the status of SSUP is still showing expired. What is required to reflect the renewed status in HC panel ?
Answer: To resolve this, follow the below instructions:
- Login to HC panel as Host Admin.
- In main menu click on Cluster Configuration :: Manage Servers :: License Activation.
- Now select your required server and click on Upgrade or Refresh link.
This will automatically update the licensing details to reflect new SSUP date.
