SSUP status showing expired although I have already renewed SSUP against my licenses

Question: I have made payment for SSUP but in HC panel, the status of SSUP is still showing expired. What is required to reflect the renewed status in HC panel ?

Answer: To resolve this, follow the below instructions:

  1. Login to HC panel as Host Admin.
  2. In main menu click on Cluster Configuration :: Manage Servers :: License Activation.
  3. Now select your required server and click on Upgrade or Refresh link.

This will automatically update the licensing details to reflect new SSUP date.
