HC throwing Error : 70102040 while setting Next Billing Day for a sold plan

Question: Why do I get error given below while setting Next Billing Day for some sold plans at Hosting Plans :: Manage Plans :: Sold Plans: Error : 70102040 : You do not have enough rights to perform this operation.

Answer:

This error comes if you have set recurring price of a Hosting Plan = 0. This would mean there is nothing to pay for this plan and setting Next Billing Day for this kind of Hosting Package would be of no use.

If you notice Due Since and Next Billing Day for this type of plans under Hosting Plans :: Manage Plans :: Sold Plans, you would find N/A in these 2 columns. Due to this reason you would not be able to set Next Billing Day for the instances of such sold plans whose recurring price is set to zero.

If you wish to charge for such kind of Hosting Plans then please set some recurring price for these plans from : Hosting Plans :: Manage Plans :: My Plans :: Edit Plan :: Billing Information at reseller level in HC panel and then you would be able to Set Next Billing Day for these plans too like any other sold plan.
