In HC panel a webadmin can host only windows or linux base website, this mean a single webadmin can’t purchase both linux and windows plan. Either he has to use windows plan or linux.

If a webadmin require both type of plan then reseller has to create another user for him using different type of plan (linux/windows)

But at reseller level, he can purchase both linux and windows plan. And create both type of webadmin under his hosting package. For this reseller must have purchased windows and linux plan from Host (hcadmin)
