Question: HC panel removes the Exchange mailbox from the list when user disables it. Answer: It is the default behavior of Exchange 2010 server to list a mailbox in Exchange Server’s section ‘disconnected Mailboxes‘ when it’s disabled. That's why it disappears, but after 10-20 minutes appears back in HC panel.
