Problem Description: The 'Error: User Details not found' message may be encountered when attempting to access the Softaculous admin page through the HC10 Control Panel. This issue arises when the API URL is not accessible on the web server(s) where the websites are created.

Solution: To rectify this problem, follow these steps:

1. Locate the config.exe file at the HC10 installation path (X:\Program Files\Hosting Controller) of the HC10 Control Panel.

1. Replace the existing API URL with Hosting Controller API URL in the confiig.exe which is accessible on the Web Server(s) and URL should be of the format 'http(s)://IP:PORT' 

2. Example API URL: http://HC-Control-server-IP:8798/
   

   Note: It is crucial to verify that the configured API URL, whether using a domain or server IP, is browse able on the designated web server(s). Ensure network and firewall settings permit access to the specified URL. By following these steps, the 'Error: User Details not found' issue should be resolved, allowing seamless access to the Softaculous admin page through the HC10 Control Panel.
