How to resolve access denied issue for HC panel login?

Question : I am getting error "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied." while trying to access HC panel. What could be causing it ?
 
Answer :  There is a feature in HC10 which blocks IP of a probable intruder upon certain number of fraudulent attempts. The limit of failed attempts is specified in HC panel at : Configurations >> Panel Configuration >> Control Panel Access. Once the IP is blocked, the user cannot access the panel and receives the forbidden access error. 
 
If the user turns out to be a legitimate one, its IP can be subsequently released from the panel. Upon removing the blocked IP from under the Denied tab, the user will be able to regain access to HC Control panel without encountering "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" error.

 Note: To remove the blocked IP from inside HC panel try to access panel with a different IP address and then follow the above procedure.
