How to configure Hosting Controller v10 with new server IP address
 
In certain cases the HC Control Server may require a change in IP address. Hosting Controller allows admins to change the IP address of the server in a few simple steps. To configure the server with a new IP address:
 
  1. Login to HC10 as a Global Admin and navigate to the path: Configurations >> Control Server Manager >> Control Servers. Hit the "Edit" button.


     
  2. Update the new IP address in the “Control Server IP” and “API URL” fields and hit the “Save” button.


     
  3. Update the task schedulers against “General” and “Advanced” operations just by hitting the “Save” button against each operation.






     
  4. Finally verify the provisioning of all services with this new Control Server IP address to ensure their proper functioning.
