Question: Unable to upload file using Folder Manager in HC. Solution: Follow the steps below: 1. Go to the path C:\Program Files\HostingController\Temp and remove the temporary uploaded files. 2. Give "Everyone" users full permissions on the temp folder located at C:\Program Files\HostingController. 3. If you are using 2 NIC cards then priority of network card with HC registration should be on top, You can check it from Start :: Control panel :: Network Setting :: Advanced tab :: Advanced setting. 4. Go to Start :: Run :: dcomcnfg :: Component Services :: computers :: Dcom config. Right click on FiletranferService properties Security tab and give everyone user full permissions on Launch and Activation permissions, Access permissions, configuration permissions. Restart the IIS and then check file upload
