SIP Domain in Lync 2010/2013 are not adding through HC panel

Question: SIP Domain in Lync 2010/2013 are not adding through HC panel ?

Answer:

Such problem appears due to insufficient privileges assigned to the user under which HCRemoting Service is running on the Lync 2010/2013 Server. 

Recommendation is to run HC Remoting Service under Domain\Administrator account. You can access Services MMC from : Start >> run >> services.msc .

If you do not want to use built-in Domain\Administrator account and want to run HC Remoting service under new user then this user must have to be the member of following groups:
  • Administrators
  • Domain Admin
  • Domain Controller
  • CsAdministrator
  • RTCUniversalServerAdmins
