Solution: This error shows that the installed OS is not compatible with the HC and you need to install the recommended versions of Operating Systems on your server. The list of supported Windows Operating Systems is given below:
• Windows Server Family [ 2000/2003/2008 ]
• Windows Server Family x64 [ 2003/2008 ]
Note: Enterprise, Standard and Datacenter editions of the above OS are supported with HC
