To translate Quick Help in HC Panel, follow these steps:

1. Login to control panel as Host.
2. Go to My Server :: Display Settings.
3. Here you will find Multilingual Quick Help link, click on it.
4. This page will display you quick help available in all the languages. Download the English quick help from here (download file will be English.zip).
5. This file contains all the English quick help. Just unzip the file and it will give you all the quick help for Host, Reseller and WebAdmin.
6. The English quick help files are in simple .htm files.
7. Translate all the files in your required language, e.g. if you will translate it in French language, its structure will be like: French

• Host
• Reseller
• WebAdmin 

8. Put the French folder locally at path "X:\Program Files\AdvancedCommunications\HostingController\QuickHelp\French".
9. Now again go to Display Settings and click on Multilingual Quick Help and it will show you the French language.

Your quick help is ready in French language.
