Question: ErrorCode: 75300180: Error occurred while adding SharePoint site. Failed to create site Organizational Unit.

Answer:
This problem occurs due to insufficient privileges on HCRemoting service.

Solution:
To resolve this issue, follow the instructions below:

  1. Access Sharepoint machine.
  2. Open Services.msc.
  3. Right click on HCRemoting Service.
  4. Run this service under the Domain Admin user, who has permissions to create an OU in Active Directory.

This process will resolve the problem.
