Answer:
In order to configure BlackBerry Enterprise Server with HC Panel follow the procedure below:

        1.   Generate "BES User Admin Client Password":
    After installing BlackBerry Enterprise Server and BlackBerry resource kit, we need to generate "BES user admin client password" that is used by BESUserAdminClient.exe. To generate this password, follow the steps below:

  • If BES uses admin user then use this command

BESUserAdminClient -set_client_auth "-username admin -password haveit -bas_auth" -set_p haveit
("haveit" is the password that we have generated).

  • If BES uses BESAdmin user then use this command

BESUserAdminClient -set_client_auth "-username besadmin -password haveit -domain ad.domain.net -ad_auth" -set_p haveit
("haveit" is the password that we have generated).

     Note: "haveit" password will be used in all commands to BESUserAdminClient.exe like

        BESUserAdminClient -p haveit –status
        BESUserAdminClient -p haveit -list -it_policies

        2.   Configuration of BlackBerry Enterprise Server with HC panel:
    In order to configure HC panel and BlackBerry Enterprise Server follow the steps below:   

  1. Run HC Remoting service under BESAdmin user on your server.
  2. Login into HC panel as host and go to Server Manager :: Global Settings :: Mail Server and click enable BlackBerry Service.
  3. Configure BlackBerry server at this path Server Manager :: My Servers :: Edit Server :: BlackBerry server and fill the required fields as below:   
    • Admin Service Server Name: Specify the name of server where BES User Admin Service is installed or you wish to install.
    • Admin Client Path: Select "Browse" to specify the exact path, where BESUserAdminClient.exe is placed.
    • Admin Client Password: It is a password that "BESUserAdminClient.exe" uses to communicate with BES User Admin Service. Use password "haveit" which we have generated in above steps.
    • Confirm Password: Re-type the password for confirmation.
    •  Admin Service Server Name: Specify name of the server where BES User Admin Service is installed or you wish to install. 
    • BlackBerry Enterprise Server Name: Specify BlackBerry Enterprise Server name in this field.

    4.   Now Login as "Reseller" or "Webadmin" and go to Tools :: BlackBerry in order to manage BlackBerry Server.
